The fabricated capacitor possessed the unique parameters of an extremely low resistance and a low-frequency response. The lowest resistance at 10 Hz was 36.0 kΩ and the response time was 5 ms. The resistance increased from tens of kΩ to more than 400 kΩ by an increasing frequency. The dynamic range of capacitance was from 830 pF to 150 pF with the highest capacitance of 103 pF at 10 Hz, and the maximum frequency response was up to 10 Hz. In addition, the ultra-high frequency response was also achieved even at frequencies above 30 kHz.Q:
