The start of “The Lands Between” is at the end of the Forsaken Kingdom. The continent of Erde lies between separate lands: Great
Dwarves, and humans.
In the south, Gloom and Erythnul rule over their people.
In the north, the Elden close the border to their home of the Elden Kingdom. But the border is protected by the Trolls
Castle, which has been held by Brullainnie for centuries. The Trolls are not so simple as their name might imply.
The reason why it has been so long since the Elden Kingdom has united forces with the other allies is because of the war
with the Great Emperor Ywenthan and the Trolls. Only the greatest warriors have lived to come back.

The Trolls and the Elden and all the tribes of the Lands Between has been living long before the Trolls war was
involv.
The war was an age-old conflict against the monsters of the age: The Elder Dragon.
This is what led to the uprising of the Trolls by King Brullainnie: To cause maximum destruction and death
to the Elder Dragon.
The Elder Dragon named “Elden” was the empire of the Trolls all across the Lands Between.
Its sacred grounds is the Lands Between, where the Trolls live.
The devastation wrought in the centuries of war toward the Elder Dragon was spectacular.
The Elder Dragon was mostly destroyed, but it managed to survive.
It is now waiting for the invasion of the lands of the Elden and the Trolls.
Because the lands of the Elden and the Trolls land will be invaded.

The Elden and the Trolls are different races, but similar in strength and both brought glory to the Lands Between.
Elder Dragons and Trolls may both be considered as having the force of an Elder God.
However, the Trolls and the Elden can not find peace with each other in their land, and this is a result of their war.
The fact that the Elder Dragon is waiting for invasion means that both sides will finally be working with each other.
These lands are called “The Lands Between”.
To the north, the land of the humans, the lands of the Dwarves, the Lands of the Elves, and the plains of the Dragons
come in.
To the south, the land of the Elden and the Trolls

I believe that there are issues of fact regarding what party established the terms of the purchase contract that would, at the very least, preclude summary judgment.

    E. Interest
    The majority correctly ruled on the interest issue. I agree with the majority’s decision regarding the interest issue.

    III. CONCLUSION
    The majority errs in granting summary judgment to the Claytons on their claim for a declaration that the law of New York is applicable to their state law claims. It is equally erroneous to conclude that the Claytons are entitled to the other relief that they seek. Because New York law is determinative of the Claytons’ malpractice claims, and because no question of material fact exists regarding the amount of attorney fees, the majority erroneously affirms the grant of summary judgment in favor of the Claytons on their claim for attorney fees and post-judgment interest on the underlying judgment. I also believe that the Ninth Circuit erred by failing to follow Murphy and allowing the Claytons to use federal law to support their new position regarding the choice of law.
    AFFIRMED in part, REVERSED in part, and REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
